Homemade Gatorade

Camera 360 There is a super article on this already that I read but I can’t find it. In the meantime here is a quick how to. Making your own chemical and refined sugar free electrolyte drink is super easy. Here is your ingredients:

1 juiced orange

1 juiced lime

2 tbs of honey

1/8 tsp salt (I use Himalayan salt for added minerals)

3 mashed up strawberries (optional)

Mix all the above ingredients into a nice portable container than fill the rest with water. That’s it you are done. You can use this the same day without refrigeration or within the week with the fridge. Plain water is fine for hour long workouts, this drink is for extended workouts like the 6 hour bike ride I did not long ago. Enjoy!

I will look for the original article I found this from and post it as soon as I can. It had a better selection of recipes.
