It has been months since I really blogged about yoga. I was in a car accident at the beginning of November. In addition to a lot of mental trauma I also experienced a sprain to the SI joint and some whiplash. Since then my personal practice has dropped off to a few times a week and PT. This is to say the least, frustrating. It’s also been a learning experience in patience and acceptance.
Before the accident I was working on Handstand, Scorpion and some arm balances. Today I decided to video record my shaky process of getting back to where I was. I’m not there yet but not bad either. I plan to continue to record my process off and on.
Here I am doing side crow. I was pretty much exhausted after taking a few photos and the video.
